Mission Assurance

Mission Assurance (MA) focuses on activities which ensure that required capabilities and supporting infrastructure are available to protect our Nation. In particular, MA links our core competency of analytic research, planning, and networking to risk management program activities and security-related functions. The domains which frame the primary security functions within MA include counter-weapons of mass destruction, proliferation, asymmetric threats, law enforcement, antiterrorism, critical infrastructure risk management, information assurance, continuity of operations, and emergency/incident management. Mission Assurance capabilities sustain civil and military operations across an all-hazards security environment.
