Based in Hampton Virginia, the Operations Analysis and Management (OAM) Mission Area has been providing technical and analytic support to U.S. Air Force operations at Langley Air Force Base for nearly two decades. OAM is comprised of two divisions—Mission Area Planning and Weapon System Support with primary clients including the Directorates of Air and Space Operations (A3), Logistics (A4), and Requirements (A8) within Air Combat Command as well as the Air Force Surgeon General. The Mission Area also has satellite operations at Hill Air Force Base, Utah providing technical and analytic support to the Air Force’s F-16 weapon system depot maintenance activities and at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida supplying assistance to the Air Force’s COMBAT HAMMER program.
