TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

What is the TDP?

ANSER, is a not-for-profit public service corporation committed to enhancing the Nation’s security by helping decision makers address complex issues in the national security, homeland security and broader Federal and state communities. To provide continued, exceptional support to these communities, we have established a unique Talent Development Program (TDP) lasting between one and two years. The TDP offers accelerated development to a select group of entry-level analysts at three educational levels—candidates with a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or PhD.

Analysts hired into this highly competitive position will receive targeted training and mentorship to develop the critical skills required to execute our corporate mission of informing decisions that shape the Nation’s future.

What is the role of an TDP analyst?

As a TDP analyst, you will immediately apply your analytic talents to complex, and exciting challenges in national defense and homeland security. You will work on interesting, high-visibility projects across our mission areas (supporting DoD, DHS, and other federal agencies), and you will routinely brief key project teams on your work and results and interact with the corporation’s senior leadership. Along the way, you will find many opportunities to hone your analytic skills, to sharpen your exposure to key homeland and national security subject matter, and to develop your expertise in business strategy and development.
