ANALYTIC SERVICES INC. [GS-00F-095CA]
The OASIS Program is composed of multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts. The purpose of OASIS is to meet the needs of customers with complex integrated professional service based requirements who cannot use, or find difficulty using, the MAS Schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or other existing vehicles for a solution.
Complex integrated professional services based requirements are those that: Involve multiple professional services disciplines; Involve significant IT components, but are not IT requirements.
Require consideration of all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16 pricing alternatives, including fixed-price with or without incentives, cost-reimbursement (all types), Time-and Material, Labor-Hour, or combinations of these alternatives, to fairly allocate risk between the contractor and Government; and -Require blending of all or some of the above.

Joint Enterprise–Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) IDIQ
Contract supporting research and development of CBRNE defense systems, capabilities, equipment, supplies, and material subject to the acquisition policies and guidance in DoDI 5000.02, “Operation of the Defense Acquisition System,” and production/procurement of these future developed CBRNE defense capabilities. The contractor shall provide research, design, and development, which may include the integration of a CBRNE defense system/capability or a non-CBRNE system/capability, or manufacturing (to include manufacturing scale-up of an R&D program), in order to meet the RDAP capabilities of the JPEO-CBD portfolio.
Contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps for provision of services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy ordering activities. Services within the specified categories may be performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions that are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract.
