WHY: With the drawdown in Iraq and the 7th anniversary of the second military engagement of Fallujah fast approaching, remembering what we did and honoring who we lost as a Nation is essential situational awareness for our Nation’s decision-makers. General Sattler, who was Commanding General of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force during the actual conflict, titled his presentation: The Second Battle of Fallujah.
