ANSER Secures Award Supporting Joint Capability Technology Demonstration Program

Arlington, VA – ANSER, an operating unit of Analytic Services Inc., is leading a multi-partner industry team effort providing program management, analytic and administrative support to the Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD) Program office.  The JCTD Program office reports to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Rapid Fielding) (DASD(RF)). This firm fixed price contract includes one base year of 12 months and four option years valued at $9.1 million.

The mission of the DASD (RF), including the JCTD Program, is to find, demonstrate, transition, and transfer the best operational concepts and technology solutions for transformational, joint, and coalition warfare. ANSER will provide a project team of analytical, technical, and administrative expertise to support Government JCTD Oversight Executives and the Government JCTD Program Director who are responsible for program execution and the full life cycle of JCTDs, from project initiation through transition.

“In these times of rapid change in missions and threats, Analytic Services understands the importance of supporting our warfighters with new concepts and technologies. Our corporation is guided by the Nation’s interests and is therefore extremely proud to support the JCTD Program in this capacity”, said CEO Dr. Ruth David.
