Josh Lipsmeyer joined ANSER through the Talent Development Program; a highly competitive program offering accelerated development to entry-level analysts. Analysts hired into this position receive targeted training and mentorship to develop the critical skills required to execute ANSER’s corporate mission of informing decisions that shape the Nation’s future. Mr. Lipsmeyer’s most significant task since joining ANSER was supporting the Analysis of Alternatives for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s WP-3D “Hurricane Hunter”. Other notable work includes mathematical modeling, computer simulation, data analytics and visualization, machine learning, network analysis, and developing business intelligence tools. Mr. Lipsmeyer graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Arkansas and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee.
