Washington, DC – Analytic Services’ Vice President and Corporate Counsel, Major General Dan Wright, USA, (Ret) served as an expert panelist at the Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association’s Annual Meeting (BCABA). According to the BCABA it is “…an association of judges, attorneys, legal assistants and other professionals dedicated to supporting and improving the practice of law before the Boards of Contract Appeals of the Federal Government.”
The panel General Wright served on was titled “Subcontracting Issues at the Board of Contract Appeals” where he provided insight on the prime and subcontractor relationships and assistance to fellow panelist Rodney A. Grandon, the U.S. Air Force’s Deputy General Counsel for Contractor Compliance. Other panelists were Chief Judge Paul Williams, Chief Judge, Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and Christopher Kimball, a Government Contracts Associate with Cooley, LLP.
