ANSER hires analysts into the TDP in cohorts, once or twice a year, depending on business needs. TDP cohort hiring timeframes often (though not always) align with the academic year. When the date of the next hiring process is elected, it will be included on this page, so check back regularly.
Candidates applying to the TDP program should anticipate a rigorous 3-step screening and interview process that will not only allow ANSER to get to know them, but allow them to get to know ANSER.
Initial screening will be based on the candidate’s application. In addition to filling out the form on the application page, the applicant should attach an original writing sample (such as a thesis, dissertation, or journal article), an example of a quantitative analysis or project, and a CV and/ or resume. All of these elements must be included for an application to be considered.
Candidates selected through the application process will participate in a 30-45 minute interview with the TDP manager, which will assess a candidate’s fit for the program and allow the applicant the opportunity to ask questions to become more familiar with the program’s different facets.
Candidates progressing to the final step will complete a day-long process, including a written test, as well as a series of one-on-one and panel interviews. The interviews will include discussions with our CEO, senior VPs, and corporate officers, as well as a discussion with a panel of expert analysts from across the corporation.
