MANIK K. RATH

Manik K. Rath is the Chief Executive Officer of Daybreak LLC, a company that develops AI/ML applications, data science solutions, and mission support services. Mr. Rath is also a lead partner in Hypersonic Ventures LLC, a venture capital firm.

Before forming Daybreak, Mr. Rath served as Chief Executive Officer of RavenTek, an IT modernization company, and as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, for C2 Technologies Inc., a modeling and simulation, augmented and virtual reality developer for federal and commercial customers.

Mr. Rath held the positions of Senior Vice President for Administration, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary for Logistics Management Institute (LMI), a global nonprofit technology, management, and logistics consulting company serving national security agencies. He also served on the Board of Directors of two subsidiaries, Four Winds LLC, an intelligence analysis and technology company, and of LMI Consulting, Inc., a global consulting company.

In 2002, Mr. Rath co-founded Alion Science and Technology, a technology, research, and development company that today has approximately $1B in revenues and about 4,000 employees in over 60 locations serving Department of Defense R&D and space components. He also served on the Board of Directors for two subsidiaries.
From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Rath was a Corporate Attorney serving space, Defense, and technology clients for global law firms.

Mr. Rath currently serves on the Board of Directors of Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) and FDH Infrastructure Services and on the Board of Advisors of Credence Management Solutions.

Mr. Rath received a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, with Honors and Phi Beta Kappa. He is a published author and speaker on mergers and acquisitions and the Defense and intelligence industry.
