Jessica Albosta is ANSER’s Chief Operating Officer. She oversees a diverse portfolio supporting research, analysis, and technology development focused on defense technologies, program performance, and risk management for National Security.

She leads a multidisciplinary team of policy, operations, technical, and research analysts supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Defense Agencies, the Military Services, and other Federal organizations such as NASA, the Department of State, and the Intelligence Community.

Since joining ANSER in 2002, she also served in various leadership and analytic roles in the areas of Chemical & Biological Defense, Joint Warfighting Capabilities, and Research & Development.

Ms. Albosta is a certified Project Management Professional, received a master’s degree in information systems from George Mason University, a graduate certificate for chief information officer competencies from the Federal CIO Council, and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the College of William and Mary.
