I am very grateful for the opportunity to attend the 59th International School on Disarmament and Research on Conflicts (ISODARCO) Conference in Italy with topics focusing on “Emerging Technologies, Evolving Nuclear Postures, and Deteriorating Norms: Is the Global Nuclear Order Eroding?” I am extremely thankful for ANSER’s willingness to invest and empower their young analysts to partake in great opportunities like these to gain different perspectives and grow as an analyst and individual.

ANSER provided me an opportunity to attend the ADP Summit in Las Vegas! I learned viable solutions to resolve many of our concerns with ADP. Overall, the experience at the Summit was great and I hope to be able to attend again.

Attending the Management Essentials for Developing Leaders at the Darden School of Business was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is in a manager career path. Specifically those who are looking to step into a greater leadership role, implement operational efficiencies, and explore strategic business models. I found that my time at Darden allowed me to see how my work adds value to ANSER and think about how the strategies I learned and good advice that I was given in the realms of finance, marketing, and lean thinking could be applied to my role at ANSER and ANSER at large.

ANSER is committed to employee professional development. In spring of 2019, I attended an executive education leadership course at the University of Virginia’s Darden School. The case studies we reviewed reinforce my understanding of the broader implications of decisions I make in managing my projects. I regularly share and apply the lessons I learned at Darden with my colleagues.
