Ms. Susan Herlick is ANSER’s General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. She is an experienced corporate legal and business executive with a track record of providing effective and practical counsel to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining ANSER, Ms. Herlick served as Vice President, General Counsel and Risk Management, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer for Keolis America, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Keolis SA, a French global leader in operating public transportation systems. Ms. Herlick provided legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs advice and strategy for the company’s North American operations and served as lead transactional lawyer on local government procurements, financings, and U.S. and Canadian public-private partnership transactions.

Ms. Herlick previously served as the general counsel of a publicly traded aerospace and defense government contractor. She began her legal career as an Associate in the Washington, DC, office of Hogan Lovells, where she counseled companies on general corporate matters and securities law compliance.

Ms. Herlick received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton College, and her Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, DC.
