VANESSA MCCALL

Vanessa McCall joined ANSER in November 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy to achieve ANSER’s objectives. Ms. McCall is a trusted advisor and strategic leader with more than 20 years experience in all areas of human resources.

Prior to joining ANSER, Ms. McCall served as Head of HR Commercial for Airbus Americas, the U.S. subsidiary of Airbus SAS, the publicly traded European aerospace and defense manufacturer with global revenues exceeding €50B. During her time at Airbus, she served in various Human Resources leadership roles of increasing responsibility including leading HR for the commercial U.S. business, leading HR M&A across all U.S. business and creating the Reward function where she led Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility for North America.

Previously, Ms. McCall led Human Resources for AgustaWestlandBell’s Presidential Helicopter Program. She began her career working in Human Resources and Operations for NBC Olympics, Inc. for the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympic Games (her hometown) and continuing to the 2002, 2004 and 2006 Olympic games working in the U.S, Greece and Italy.

Ms. McCall holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting and psychology from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and a master’s degree in strategic human Capital from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She is holds the HRCI SPHR certification.
