ANSER Donates to Maui Wildfires

Falls Church, VA., Aug. 11, 2023

CEO Steve Hopkins announces ANSER will donate $25,000 to the Maui Strong Fund, while also matching employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to a total of $50,000 prior to Sept. 30, 2023.

Hawaii is home to the second largest contingent of ANSER employees outside of the National Capital Region. Speaking to employees, Hopkins said “I am shocked and saddened seeing the aftermath of the Maui wildfires. Those of us who were stationed on or simply enjoyed vacationing to Maui know the beauty these fires so quickly destroyed.”

The Maui Strong Fund was established by the Hawaii Community Foundation (HCF), providing disaster response and recovery on the island. More information about the Foundation can be found  here: https://www.hawaiicommunityfoundation.org.

To enable ANSER’s contribution match, please direct your donations to either the HCF linked above or the Maui Food Bank, https://www.mauifoodbank.org. Once a donation is placed, please provide Ahn Quan a copy of your donation confirmation.
