The RS3 is a Government-wide multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for performance-based services providing customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) mission requirements.
To provide the best support to our Mission Partners and their evolving needs, the RS3 Contract provides a broad scope with overarching service areas of Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.
