Contract Summary

This NIST managed multiple award BPA provides SETA support to the CHIPS Research and Development Office (CRDO). The CDRO manages the development of the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), the National Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Program, the Manufacturing USA Institute(s) focused on semiconductors, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Metrology Program. It also supports the Integration and Policy Office and the CDRO Director’s Support Team.
