ANSER Named a 2026 Top Workplace by USA TODAY

Arlington, Va., April 9, 2026 – ANSER, a mission-driven organization specializing in innovative and actionable solutions to advance national security announced that it has earned a 2026 Top Workplaces award by USA TODAY.

This national recognition is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC. ANSER was ranked #9 on the 2026 Top Workplaces USA Today list for all employers with 500-999 or more employees.

The award honors organizations that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. The survey asks employees for their feedback on factors such as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation. The winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a workplace environment that values employee listening and engagement.
