ANSER is a public service research institute organized as a not-for-profit corporation and dedicated to informing decisions that shape the Nation’s future. We provide objective studies and analyses to the national security, homeland security, and public policy communities using a diverse set of capabilities that include analysis of alternatives, acquisition analysis, workforce analysis, performance measurement, policy formulation, countering weapons of mass destruction, and risk assessment. ANSER also builds and leads technology development collaborations through its subsidiary, Advanced Technology International (ATI), which specializes in organizing and managing research and development consortia on behalf of the federal government.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING &
INTEGRATION
Employs traditional and agile engineering approaches to deliver enterprise solutions for both Cloud and legacy IT infrastructures. We design, build, integrate and test complex facets of component sub-systems into system, enterprise and web-enabled solutions that deliver against mission objectives. Our integration expertise is hardware and application agnostic to ensure “tooth-to-tail” system reliability.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Provides management support at the project, program, portfolio, and enterprise levels. TRAINING DEVELOPMENT

Offers robust training and education management, development, and presentation for both online and instructor-led training. We are skilled in instructional development processes, creating or overseeing the development of materials, tasks, lesson plans, measurements, and instructional guidance.
